- The upper-ground floor is host to several busineses that concern themselves with art, photography, printing, framing, textiles and other creative endevours.
- There is a large car park at the front of the building, so you'll always be sure of a parking space.
- Access to the upper-ground floor can be gained via the shopping outlet on the ground floor where refreshments can be found at Massarella's cafe.
