We accept photographs that you have taken of your baby, and we turn them into passport photographs, then post them to you. We guarantee that they will pass all of the regulations for your chosen type of passport or visa.

If you'd prefer, you can just email your photo or photos to passports@uk-photo.comJust state the country and any other details you consider relevant. It is best to send a few photographs. That way we can pick the one that is most suitable.
There are only a few things that you need to do to ensure that your photograph is suitable for converting into a passport or visa photo.
- For passports ensure that the background is white or off-white with no noticeable pattern.
Suitable backgrounds are: wallpaper, bed sheets, table cloths, painted walls, curtains or a plain painted door. - For Visas, a light blue background is preferred, but we can change the background colour to light blue for you (just use white or off-white or grey or any light colour).
- Glasses should not be worn, even if you wear them all the time.
- Pose by looking to your left as in the photo sample.
If you follow the simple instructions above, your photograph should meet the requirements necessary to make you a set of passport photos.
- Use the form above to send the photo to us.
- If the photo is not suitable, we will indicate the photographs shortcomings and provide advice on how to improve your photo.
- If the photo is acceptable, we will send you an email with a link to our secure payment page where you can make a payment using any debit card, credit card, or PayPal. If you cannot pay by any of these means, we can arrange a cash, cheque, or postal order payment.
- Once payment is received we will process and print your photos and post them to you on the same day. There is no charge for postage.

- Once you have uploaded your photograph, you will be sent an email informing you of the suitability of the image.
- If the image is suitable for your choice of passport or visa photograph, you will be sent a link to our payment page where you can pay with credit/debit card or PayPal.
- Once we have received your payment, we will post your photographs to you by first class mail.
- If your photograph is not suitable, we will advise you how to take a better one.
