There are only a few things that you need to do to ensure that your photograph is suitable for converting into a Dutch passport or visa photo.

• Ensure that the background is light coloured or white with no noticeable pattern.
  Suitable backgrounds are: wallpaper, bed sheets, table cloths, painted walls, curtains or a plain painted door. (we will convert the background to the exact light grey that is required)
• The subject of the photograph should have a neutral expression (no smiling).
• Glasses are allowed, but for guaranteed acceptance, they are best removed.
• Hats and head scarves are allowed only if they are of religious significance.

If you follow the simple instructions above, your photograph should meet the requirements necessary for us to create a set of Dutch passport photos.

• Use the form above to send the photo to us.
• If the photo is not suitable, we will indicate the photographs shortcomings and provide advice on how to improve your photo.
• If the photo is acceptable, we will send you an email with a link to our secure payment page where you can make a payment using any debit card, credit card, or paypal. If you cannot pay by any of these means, we can arrange a cash, cheque, or postal order payment.
  
• Once payment is received we will process and print your photos and post them to you on the same day. There is no charge for postage.
